Unless otherwise specified, the Employer Advisory and Client Advisory Committee meetings will be held at:

Employer Advisory Committee

The Employer Advisory Committee is composed of:

• County employer representatives
• District employer representatives
• CalSTRS staff

The committee meets quarterly to provide a forum for active participation in the formation of CalSTRS policies and procedures in areas of:

• Information dissemination
• Benefit plan administration
• Service to members and beneficiaries

Please send any questions in the following manner:

• Provide the agenda topic.
• If it relates to a presentation, provide the slide number or title of the page.
• If it relates to a handout, provide the name of the handout, page number or section heading.
• For CalSTRS session, send your questions to Carmen Atkins-Wasi at cawasi@calstrs.com.
• For CalPERS session, send your questions to School Employer Advisory Committee mailbox.

Client Advisory Committee

The Client Advisory Committee (CAC) include CalSTRS staff and members from various organizations representing CalSTRS members and benefit recipients.

The committee meets regularly to provide a forum for active participation in the formation of CalSTRS policies and procedures in areas of:

• Information dissemination
• Benefit plan administration
• Service to members and beneficiaries

2012 Meeting Schedule

Meeting dates coincide with CalSTRS board meeting dates; CAC meetings can be scheduled on one of these days. The meeting date is contingent on the final schedule for the board and committee meetings held during that week. Committee members and other interested parties will receive notification of the final date and time.
