Member Parking

CalSTRS provides complementary parking for all members. To park:

• Take a ticket from the machine at the Waterfront Place parking lot entrance.
• Enter the parking structure and follow the overhead signs for Visitor Parking.
• Park on Level 2 (P2) where designated parking spaces are conveniently located directly across from the lobby entrance.
• When leaving CalSTRS, have your ticket validated at the Member Services Center.

All Other Visitor Parking

CalSTRS offers two parking options for non-members:

• Park in the parking structure
  Take a ticket from the machine at the Waterfront Place parking lot entrance. The daily rate is $1.00 per half hour.
• Park on the street
  Minimal street parking is available. Street parking meters have time limits ranging from 90 minutes to 2 hours.
