If I am a retired member, but I’m working for a school district on a limited basis to supplement my retirement income, may I vote?

If I am a community college instructor, may I vote in the 2007 Board election?

Community college instructors do not vote in this year’s election. For this election only, there was one candidate for the community college seat. The candidate has already been certified as the community college board member for the 2007 Board election.

However, if you were also employed by a K-12 school district between June 30, 2006, and July 1, 2007, and are an active member or participant, you may vote for the K-12 positions.
