| Summary:
Extends a current exemption from the earnings limitation for retired members of the California
State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS) who are employed under specified conditions to fill
an administrative position vacated due to circumstances beyond the control of the employer.
The extension could equal one-half of a full-time equivalent for the position, and applies to
the 1999-2000 school year and the 2000-2001 school year through December 31, 2000.
