If Your Check Is Late
Mailed checks: If you have not received your check by the 5th of the month,
please call us at 800-228-5453.
Electronic payments: If you believe that your payment has not reached your bank,
please check with the bank before you contact us. Normally, banks notify us when
they reject direct deposits. When that happens, we mail a paper check to your address
on file. You should receive the paper check shortly after the normal pay date.

each month. And there's no chance your check will be lost in the mail, stolen or forged.
Most important, although this rarely happens, we can replace your payment in a fraction
of the time it takes with a paper check.
