The California State Teachers’ Retirement System website has been developed in compliance with California Government Code §11135, which requires that all electronic and information technology developed or purchased by the State of California is accessible to people with disabilities. There are various types of physical disabilities that impact user interaction on the web. General Information

ADA Grievances

If you have a complaint alleging that CalSTRS is non-compliant with Part 35 of Chapter 1 of Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations (Part 35) or took an action that is prohibited by Part 35, the Grievance Procedure is to:

  1. Complete the ADA Grievance Form addressing the ADA Coordinator; or
  2. Submit a written complaint to the ADA Coordinator at the address below.
