Seven nominees have qualified as candidates for three seats on the CalSTRS Board. Three are candidates to represent the K-12 (non-administrator) position, three are candidates for the K-12 (inclusive) position, and the one candidate for the community college position has been certified.

Candidates for the K-12 (non-administrator) position are:

• Dana Dillon - Weed Union Elementary School District
• Vince J. Rosato - New Haven Unified School District
• Mary V. Whalen - Folsom Cordova Unified School District

Candidates for the K-12 (inclusive) position are:

• Stephen S. Edmunds - Redondo Beach Unified School District
• Sandy S. Keaton - Los Angeles Unified School District
• Harry M. Keiley - Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District

The candidate for the community college position is:

• Carolyn A. Widener - Los Angeles Community College District
  With a single candidate for this position, the candidate is certified as the board member-elect, and no community college position election will be held.
