The CalSTRS Contact Center receives an average of 21,000 calls every month!
Our agents are ready to assist you Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., but the best times to call are:
- Wednesday, Thursday or Friday
- 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.
- 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Mondays and Tuesdays are our busiest days.
