CalSTRS continues to focus on serving our members during the fight against COVID-19. We have moved all member services to virtual or telephone sessions. To protect the health and safety of members and employees, our member service centers will remain closed to visits and forms drop-off until further notice.

Looking for service or have questions about your retirement? Sign up for a webinar today at CalSTRS.com/webinars. You can schedule a telephone benefits planning session on myCalSTRS on the Benefits Planning Services page, or by calling 800-228-5453, option 3. We encourage you to use the online services available through your myCalSTRS account, including forms, retirement progress reports and calculators. For added convenience, we have instituted DocuSign® on many of the forms that require a spousal signature. Now is also a great time to make sure all your contact information is up to date.

Retirement is one of life’s biggest decisions, and we understand the importance of human connection when you make those choices. Because we miss serving you in person, we are piloting Zoom group Benefit Planning sessions in August 2020. We want to see you face to face and answer questions as they arise. We continue to offer private service retirement sessions over the telephone, and plan to offer one-on-one Zoom sessions starting this fall.
