Mindy Selby joined CalSTRS in October 2013. She has more than 20 years of experience working in the public relations and customer service industries. She most recently served as Stakeholder Engagement Liaison for CalSTRS and as a member of the CalSTRS Customer Service Leadership Team prior to that.
Before joining CalSTRS, Selby worked at a Sacramento-based credit union for 13 years, where she held several customer service positions. She has a bachelor’s degree in child development and a master’s degree in business administration, both from California State University, Sacramento.
Selby lives in Sacramento with her dog, and in her free time enjoys running, singing, reading and traveling to anywhere with a beach.
