The purpose of this RFO is to select up to one (1) experienced Business Analyst with detailed knowledge and experience of requirements management methodologies, requirement elicitation, documentation and management in a pension, financial or similar type system, and to perform various business analysis activities related to system implementation and enhancement projects or work efforts. The Business Analyst will be responsible for following either a hybrid System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology or agile/iterative development or implementation/customization approach while working with a variety of CalSTRS business areas on the elicitation and documentation of business and systems requirements with a primary focus on implementation of a Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse (BI & DW) solution with business areas throughout the CalSTRS enterprise.
