Our lives and many of our daily rituals changed dramatically over the past two years.
You may have conducted kindergarten classes over Zoom, enjoyed your favorite restaurants as takeout meals only, and unfortunately, coped with extended gaps of time between seeing family and close friends.
We’ve missed seeing you, whether at our headquarters in West Sacramento or our member service centers statewide in Fresno, Glendale, Irvine, Riverside, San Diego and Santa Clara.
Good news: A bit of normalcy has returned.
CalSTRS’ offices—which reopened with limited services and staffing in October 2021—were fully opened in April 2022, with comprehensive services for members from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Now, we can help you in-person by:
- Accepting your completed forms and answering general retirement questions.
- Hosting individual and group benefits planning sessions.
- Helping with other customer service needs.
As we move forward, we will continue to be flexible on your behalf. So if you prefer to meet with us online, rest assured we still offer webinars, individual and group benefits planning sessions over Zoom, and individual benefits planning sessions by phone.
The reason we work at CalSTRS, after all, is to help you prepare for a secure and enjoyable financial future.
