2020 CalSTRS session meeting schedule

Employer Advisory Committee meeting dates scheduled for 2020 are:

*Due to COVID-19, CalSTRS and CalPERS will be hosting the November 10 EAC/SEAC meeting separately and remotely. CalPERS session will begin at 9:30 a.m. and CalSTRS session will begin at 12:30 p.m. Please visit the CalPERS website for information regarding their session on November 10. We will continuously update this page with more meeting details.

Employer Advisory Committee questions

For the CalSTRS session, questions can be submitted to AdvisoryCommittee@CalSTRS.com, or by registering for the Zoom meeting, which will allow participants to use the “Raise Hand” feature and ask verbal questions as well as submit questions within the Zoom environment.

Provide the following information when submitting a question via email or using the Zoom Q&A feature:

  • The agenda topic.
  • If it relates to a presentation, the slide number or title of the page.
  • If it relates to a handout, the name of the handout, page number or section heading.

For the CalPERS session, send questions to the CalPERS_SEAC@calpers.ca.gov mailbox.
