Citizen Complaint Act of 1997
General Information
The Citizen Complaint Act of 1997 provides a means for members of the public to submit comments, complaints or suggestions to state agencies about their performance.
Consistent with the Act, the California State Teachers’
Retirement System (CalSTRS) welcomes your comments, complaints
and/or suggestions, which may be submitted through completing the
Citizen Complaint Act of 1997- Submission Form and choosing one of the submission options provided
in the form.
