This three-year plan contains workforce analyses and strategies which reflect CalSTRS’ commitment to maintaining a sustainable organization, leading innovation and managing change, and continuing to be trusted stewards of the fund. This plan introduces new initiatives based on data driven examination of current and future workforce challenges and opportunities in support of our long-term strategic and annual business plans.
